Be The Flow

After reading my blog back in December of 2017 I can honestly say that everything I wrote really came to fruition!
It has been such a fulfilling year, in fact empowering!  Throughout the years events, both personally and globally, I am at a complete awareness that we are now living in the paradigm shift we have all been wanting to see and not just feel!
I want to say that despite the news of this intense hurricane about to hit the east coast and our beloved Outerbanks of North Carolina, our trip to Brigands Bay this August brought about one of the biggest epiphanies I’ve had all year.
I think we can all agree that the phrase, “Go with the flow”, has had some powerful meaning and transformation for us.  I believe in essence we should all “Be the flow” and not just go with it.  What are we going with exactly?  What is the flow?  When you break it down to actually being what THE FLOW is then clarity really comes to those evolving human beings!  It’s been a powerful mantra I plan to conti…

“Present”

That time of year when you truly feel reflective , in my opinion, is always near the end of the year!
Tis’ The Season They Say!  I think about all the moments I’ve had that really made 2017 POP and what I have intended to manifest for the coming 2018 year just around the corner.  Always working on my tendency to think too far in the future its moments like this one right now that slow me down into the present.  That is definitely the gift I have received from my higher self this year and its lovely.
The New Year is coming (one of my favorite moments).  I love when the numbers shift and that new vibe is universally felt.  The master number 11 will bring all those manifestations into action and I couldn’t be more excited than I am today!  Why do you ask?
Let’s break it down.  12 (December) + 7(the day) + 2017 (the year) = 29 ! Break 29 down to 2 + 9 equals 11!  Therefore the energy and vibration of 11 will be circulating within and around you today and will be the “MASTER” vibration for…

An art of healing

My studies on metaphysics and the philosophies that encompass the world of the 4th, 5th, and beyond the 3rd dimension continue to fuel the passion I have to connect all of us to our true divine nature.

Remember who you are:
You are beautiful, kind, compassionate, strong, an undeniable force of nature!

We are all connected in this world. Think of the universe, source, GOD, and all things that make up this whole that some of us separate from.  This separation causes confusion, fear, distrust.  Move to the whole and complete what we all know exists out there, beyond our physical and material world.

Remember who you are:
You are intuitive, loving, complex, universal, and bound to succeed on this planet we call Earth.

Some of us are really not from here.  Some of us look around and almost feel inhuman because of our difficulties to love the human being, to support the disresepctful ambience of being the one who "fits in" or the one who "conforms" to the insecurities o…

Color Therapy

I thought it was time to share some insight on the provoking colors we wear, see, feel, and portray with our more than usual daily intentions.

I can remember the shifts in colors that I viewed to represent me in some sort of fashion for certain periods of my life.  When I was just a young boy my favorite color was green. Green can represent so much to us, but for me it was always a color I was drawn to for comfort.  Whether it was to ease my childhood growing pains or a blanket from the divine in the form of forest, emerald, or jade green; I truly believe it empowered my soul.  The color green gave me the fuel needed to sustain an understanding of reality in which only I could conceive at that time.  It wasn't until I was in my teens that I began to feel a shift in my own growth and began to fall in love with the color red!

Red thrusted into my life around the age of 17 most likely.  It was the beginning stages of me recognizing the power this rich, intense color of red had the a…

To Coddle or Not To Coddle?

So its the 5th day of January 2017 and somehow I already feel like the year has gone into a fast frenzy.  Is it 2018 yet?

I always gear up for the new year.  New Years Eve happens to be one of my favorite holidays to celebrate and not only for the "amateur night" effect but for the change in that yearly number!

Numerology happens to be one of my favorite metaphysical and philosophical studies.  If you are unfamiliar with numerology then I would love to fill you in on what we have in store for 2017.  It happens to be a passionate subject of mine.....On a basic note if you add 2+0+1+7 you get 10.  The number 10 then minimizes to a 1 because 1+0 is 1; in the study of numerology we live in 9 cycles from 1-9 so anything after 9 is then just looked at a little more closely.  I will tell you how!

Most numerologist will sum up 2017 as being a vibe of 1, which symbolizes high energy in creativity, self-empowerment, and above all an intensity of saying NO to all the coddling!  I belie…

Nostalgia:The Pros and Cons

It's all about the purging...in this case it's all about the emotional purge that throughout our lives I believe gets clogged up like an old water pipe sifting everyone's filth.  I know that sounds probably more blunt than I sometimes would like to write or speak but in this instance, at this very moment after days of emotional purging I believe it's okay to just SCREAM AND SHOUT AND CRY AND LAUGH AND SREAM AND SHOUT AND CRY AND LAUGH AGAIN AND AGAIN...
I feel it's healthy to let go of things that may have been attached to oneself for far too long.  I have this constant battle that I know anyone would be able to share with me in regards to that "nostalgic feeling".  I love the nostalgia of how we tie our emotions to our mental and physical state.  When that song comes on from our teen angst years that got us through our first heartache.  When that smell of the most amazing dinner your mom or dad may have made for you as a child comes through the store of …

A NEW BLOGGER

JamesJoseph here on my iPad settled in at the common UNCOMMON GROUNDS in Saratoga Springs, NY .  This is my first official writing!  I have always found writing in the plethora of journals I own to be helpful in my expansion of feeling on opinions, and just life itself.

It's a beautiful day in November and I have just finished a session of acupuncture with the infamous Terry Keenan at One Roof in Saratoga Springs,NY.  Not only does acupuncture help with grounding, it also can be relaxing.  I know there are feelings out there on the "needle-phobia" associated with ones attempt to try acupuncture.  However, it is not at all painful or scary!  I may be somewhat accustomed to needle-work when it comes to my array of tattoos, but I must share with my readers that the needles used in acupuncture barely feel like a prick and as soon as the needle reaches the point of interest on the body for healing work it is instantly unrecognizable unless you move your body.  I would highly…
