An art of healing

My studies on metaphysics and the philosophies that encompass the world of the 4th, 5th, and beyond the 3rd dimension continue to fuel the passion I have to connect all of us to our true divine nature.

Remember who you are:
You are beautiful, kind, compassionate, strong, an undeniable force of nature!

We are all connected in this world. Think of the universe, source, GOD, and all things that make up this whole that some of us separate from.  This separation causes confusion, fear, distrust.  Move to the whole and complete what we all know exists out there, beyond our physical and material world.

Remember who you are:
You are intuitive, loving, complex, universal, and bound to succeed on this planet we call Earth.

Some of us are really not from here.  Some of us look around and almost feel inhuman because of our difficulties to love the human being, to support the disresepctful ambience of being the one who "fits in" or the one who "conforms" to the insecurities of rejection.

Remember who you are:
Fearless, honest, secure, healthy, someone who continues to strive for equality among the inhabitants of this world.

Be supportive of each other.  Be attentive to those messages that seem to pop out of nothingness.  There's more to come, just open your heart and connect your soul to develop an uncanny sense of knowing!

Remember who you are:
The piece to the puzzling concept some of us have forgotten to still want to connect with the divine energy that brought our souls into this physical body.

Meditate with the highest, purest, and best intentions.  What is your gift?  We all have multiple!  Use them to support the ones that are waking up.  Can you feel it?  It's this force that comes from the gut and suddenly shows itself white and brilliant in your mind!

Remember who you are:
Relax, forgive yourself, and let go!

Color Therapy

I thought it was time to share some insight on the provoking colors we wear, see, feel, and portray with our more than usual daily intentions.

I can remember the shifts in colors that I viewed to represent me in some sort of fashion for certain periods of my life.  When I was just a young boy my favorite color was green. Green can represent so much to us, but for me it was always a color I was drawn to for comfort.  Whether it was to ease my childhood growing pains or a blanket from the divine in the form of forest, emerald, or jade green; I truly believe it empowered my soul.  The color green gave me the fuel needed to sustain an understanding of reality in which only I could conceive at that time.  It wasn't until I was in my teens that I began to feel a shift in my own growth and began to fall in love with the color red!

Red thrusted into my life around the age of 17 most likely.  It was the beginning stages of me recognizing the power this rich, intense color of red had the ability to reflect.  I loved all things red! I would always be drawn to the red in the clothes I wore and even the beautiful red hair seen in all shades and tones.  Red stayed with me for quite some time as I went through the emotional roller coasters of intoxicating and/or toxic relationships we all experience.  Red had a vibrancy as it integrated into my adulthood, my career, and my roles as a leader, teacher, and business owner!  As 2016 was coming to an end and my spirituality once again began to transform and ascend it was the color blue that decided to make its impact!

Blue made its major entrance into my life at 34 years old.  I can see the vintage grey blue that tuned me into a super consciousness level.  This happened at the height of fall and I noticed its staying power when I decided to bond blue hair extension pieces to the hair I grew for the past two years!  It continues to shape and shift my emotional securities.  Blue has this immense healing power for me. It's calming and all at once formidable!  Cobalt blue, moonstone blue, and of course one of my favorites, ink blue; they just all sing out to me, envelope me with a much needed balance during this shift 2017 has brought to us all.

I encourage you all to recognize the colors that make you feel strong, and ALIVE...continue to spread the joy of what you feel.  Recognize the insecurities we all share in order to heal one another and ourselves with the color that resonates the most for you.  Remember no matter what color is yours, they all carry positive affirmations we all need to envelope as we evolve into the divine energy we are meant to be!

To Coddle or Not To Coddle?

So its the 5th day of January 2017 and somehow I already feel like the year has gone into a fast frenzy.  Is it 2018 yet?

I always gear up for the new year.  New Years Eve happens to be one of my favorite holidays to celebrate and not only for the "amateur night" effect but for the change in that yearly number!

Numerology happens to be one of my favorite metaphysical and philosophical studies.  If you are unfamiliar with numerology then I would love to fill you in on what we have in store for 2017.  It happens to be a passionate subject of mine.....On a basic note if you add 2+0+1+7 you get 10.  The number 10 then minimizes to a 1 because 1+0 is 1; in the study of numerology we live in 9 cycles from 1-9 so anything after 9 is then just looked at a little more closely.  I will tell you how!

Most numerologist will sum up 2017 as being a vibe of 1, which symbolizes high energy in creativity, self-empowerment, and above all an intensity of saying NO to all the coddling!  I believe we have been living in a society and culture that has done a little too much of this, not saying we didn't need a little TLC, BUUUUUTTTTT its now time to move forward as the number 1 also symbolizes NEW BEGINNINGS!  How fitting, considering how 2016 made everyone feel.  Well we all know how we all feel and now its time to ACT.  One , especially with this crazy mercury behind it is all about ACTING out what we've been feeling.  Enough is enough and I don't know about you, but I am done with the coddling.

When you take a closer look at the year 2017 in numerology as I stated earlier it really exists as a 10. Any number with a 0 attached to it is significant.  A zero represents "God Energy", or the highest, best, and purest of SPIRIT!  That being said, we can now look at how we are giving this year to not only push forward, but we have spirit behind us to help us EVOLVE to where our souls are meant to be.

We are all meant to be highly evolved, positive thinking, positive feeling, good-will souls!  So I ask all my readers to really focus on the gifts and powers we have all been blessed with.  It's our souls that have a body, not our bodies that have a soul.  I once read not too long ago, imagine if we all could only see each others souls and not our bodies?  Oh how different this reality would be. Judgement on physical attributes definitely wouldn't exist because it wouldn't matter.  I myself have decided to represent the pansexuals (one who is attracted to beautiful souls!).

Please take this new year vibe of new beginnings and the strengths of our inner beings to evolve and strengthen our local communities.  This will begin a beautiful level of super consciousness on a universal scale.  I can feel it happening, can you?

According to google coddle means "to treat in an indulgent or overprotective way".  For 2017 we should focus on the universal movement of responsible empowerment!

Nostalgia:The Pros and Cons

It's all about the purging...in this case it's all about the emotional purge that throughout our lives I believe gets clogged up like an old water pipe sifting everyone's filth.  I know that sounds probably more blunt than I sometimes would like to write or speak but in this instance, at this very moment after days of emotional purging I believe it's okay to just SCREAM AND SHOUT AND CRY AND LAUGH AND SREAM AND SHOUT AND CRY AND LAUGH AGAIN AND AGAIN...

I feel it's healthy to let go of things that may have been attached to oneself for far too long.  I have this constant battle that I know anyone would be able to share with me in regards to that "nostalgic feeling".  I love the nostalgia of how we tie our emotions to our mental and physical state.  When that song comes on from our teen angst years that got us through our first heartache.  When that smell of the most amazing dinner your mom or dad may have made for you as a child comes through the store of a local mom and pop restaurant downtown.  When you pass the tree you first climbed while playing a "magic" game with your brothers and sisters.  Whatever that moment may be; it brings us back in time.  It's like this magical euphoric experience that literally lets us time hop.  It's so crazy to think about wouldn't you agree?  We can actually travel through time when you listen to your inner-self at these moments!  Whether it's nostalgia connecting us to the past, dejavue connecting us to an unmistakenable link to the present, or even a sense of intuitive direction to drive us forward to our futures!

The nostalgia that I often find myself in conflict with is that of which connects us to our relationships with friends, family, lovers...

There may always be that connection we have from days to years of sharing special nostalgic moments with someone else.  These moments bring us back to our former selves before we may have evolved to a stronger and more successful version of what we were in our teens, 20's, and now 30's for me.  I recently have had another break through of growth of understanding that it truly is okay to value those moments that made certain relationships thrive and give us what we needed for that time in our lives.  However, it can be heart breaking when our relationships with ourselves and others shift to promote a much needed change and evolution of self, especially when you connect at a high sensitive nostalgic level as I do.

I want my readers to know that it's okay.  Change is inevitable.  It's what you do with change that really matters!  You make it positive, you make it worth the love and the pain that can be shared all in the same moment.

I want and intend for all of those who are out there to succeed as a human-being, as someone who will share the promotion of positive growth and development to share their nostalgic moments.  Please share those times that made you a better person, that helped you and others to grow in the way you want our species and this universe to succeed harmoniously.

Always evolving and sincerely thankful for this life,

A NEW BLOGGER

JamesJoseph here on my iPad settled in at the common UNCOMMON GROUNDS in Saratoga Springs, NY .  This is my first official writing!  I have always found writing in the plethora of journals I own to be helpful in my expansion of feeling on opinions, and just life itself.

It's a beautiful day in November and I have just finished a session of acupuncture with the infamous Terry Keenan at One Roof in Saratoga Springs,NY.  Not only does acupuncture help with grounding, it also can be relaxing.  I know there are feelings out there on the "needle-phobia" associated with ones attempt to try acupuncture.  However, it is not at all painful or scary!  I may be somewhat accustomed to needle-work when it comes to my array of tattoos, but I must share with my readers that the needles used in acupuncture barely feel like a prick and as soon as the needle reaches the point of interest on the body for healing work it is instantly unrecognizable unless you move your body.  I would highly recommend acupuncture for those of you who are looking for some Eastern Medicine relief!

My day will continue with a nice cup of coffee and even more grounding work with my internal self.  It is important to have at least one of these days a week to keep yourself balanced and healthy, especially for those of you who share your energy field daily!

To anyone and everyone who continues to read my blogs,
You will become accustomed to my diverse topics of interests, mostly including that of metaphysics, and aesthetics.  I will share with you my views on a healthy lifestyle and how I manage a 6 day work week as a small business owner, a pet owner, and of course a partner to my best friend!

I hope you all make it a great day.  Don't forget to smudge yourself with some white sage !  Stay healthy, strong, and happy.  FIGHT HATE WITH LOVE AND COMPASSION!

Always evolving,
